Die neue Technik fasziniert Leser und Gestalter gleicherma\u00dfen, denn mit ihr wird Papier zum haptischen Erlebnis.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vielleicht ist Ihnen in letzter Zeit schon einmal eine Brosch\u00fcre oder ein Magazin in die H\u00e4nde gekommen, das sich anders anf\u00fchlte als andere Papiere. Es war weich, fast samtig, ein bisschen wie Gummi oder sogar Haut. Manche empfinden das als so abwegig, dass sie innehalten und genauer hinschauen und \u2013f\u00fchlen. Wie kann Papier den Eindruck entstehen lassen, es sei echte Haut? Die Antwort ist eine immer \u00f6fter angewandte Lackierung namens Soft-Touch-Lack, auch Samt-Touch oder Silk-Feel genannt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hochwertig und empfindlich<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hervorgerufen wird dieser sehr spezielle Effekt durch eine besondere Lackmischung und Trocknung. Schon seit l\u00e4ngerem gibt es diese spezielle Lackierung in Autos. Unter anderem Volkswagen veredelte damit seine Kunststoffteile im Innenraum f\u00fcr eine hochwertige Optik. Doch bei vielgenutzten Produkten reibt sich der Lack schnell ab. Das ist bei Papieren nicht anders.<\/p>\n<p>Soft-Touch-Lack ist ein spezieller Dispersionslack, der mit Offset-, Flexo- und Siebdruckmaschinen aufgetragen werden kann und gut auf gestrichenen und glatten Oberfl\u00e4chen h\u00e4lt, also Papiersorten oder auch Folien und Kaschierungen. Aber er kann auch schnell verkratzen oder abreiben. Insbesondere auf dunklen Oberfl\u00e4chen sind die Kratzer gut zu sehen. Deshalb sollte man nur geeignete und erprobte Papiere nutzen, um das Aha-Erlebnis beim Leser auszul\u00f6sen. Alle anderen Papiersorten k\u00f6nnen \u2013 sofern der Effekt vollfl\u00e4chig genutzt werden soll \u2013 mit einer robusteren Soft-Touch-Sonderfolie kaschiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sondereffekte durch Spotlackierung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partiell eingesetzt entfaltet der Soft-Touch-Lack allerdings eine ganz besondere Wirkung. Hebt man damit Schriften oder Bilddetails auf gl\u00e4nzenden Bedruckstoff hervor, werden diese nicht nur weicher und matter. Soft-Touch-Lack d\u00e4mpft auch die Farben, obwohl der Lack meist transparent ist. Er kann aber auch mit Pigmenten farbig werden. Dadurch wird der Effekt nochmals verst\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n<p>In der Verarbeitung ist Soft-Touch-Lack gut zu handhaben, denn er kann randabfallend und beidseitig eingesetzt werden. Wird eine hohe Schichtdicke gew\u00fcnscht, muss allerdings vom Offset- auf den Siebdruck ausgewichen werden. Dann lassen sich Reifen oder Fahrzeugdetails zum Anfassen beinahe realistisch auf dem zweidimensionalen Papier nachbilden. Aber auch andere gummi-artige Gegenst\u00e4nde, wie Griffe, Leder, etc., werden durch einen Soft-Touch-Lack auf Papier sozusagen \u201ezum Leben erweckt\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einsatz f\u00fcr den Aha-Effekt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die edle Optik bei relativ preisg\u00fcnstiger Produktion \u2013 Soft-Touch-Lack wird als zus\u00e4tzliche Farbe angelegt und gedruckt&nbsp;\u2013 er\u00f6ffnet eine Vielzahl von Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr diese Veredelungstechnik. Wie eine weiche Haut zieht sich der Lack \u00fcber das Papier \u2013 und f\u00fchlt sich genauso warm und angenehm an. Doch die leichte Gummierung hat noch einen weiteren praktischen Effekt: Sie wirkt wie eine Antirutschbeschichtung.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.viaprinto.de\/-\/?SERIES=greeting-card\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Einladungs<\/a>&#8211; oder anderen Karten, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viaprinto.de\/-\/?SERIES=softcover\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taschenb\u00fcchern<\/a> oder Magazinen verleiht das einen ganz besonderen Effekt. Vor allem aber <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viaprinto.de\/-\/?SERIES=business-card\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visitenkarten<\/a> werden oft damit \u201egummiert\u201c, weil sie so bereits beim Anfassen einen bleibenden Eindruck beim Gegen\u00fcber hinterlassen. Aber auch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viaprinto.de\/-\/?SERIES=booklet-adhesive-binding\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brosch\u00fcren<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viaprinto.de\/-\/?SERIES=flyer-plano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flyer<\/a> und Kataloge veredelt man inzwischen mit der seidenen Oberfl\u00e4che, um sie nicht nur visuell, sondern auch haptisch von der Konkurrenz abzuheben.
